Custom Orders
Have a unique idea or need a specific customization? If you don’t see what you’re looking for on my site, I can likely create it for you. Whether it’s a different color, added features like pockets or straps, or something entirely new, I can tailor a piece to your needs. Custom orders typically require 7–14 days to complete, provided all materials are available.
Repairs
For damages not covered under the lifetime warranty, I offer repair services at a nominal fee. Additionally, I can rejuvenate your leather item, restoring its original luster, for a small fee. Alternatively, you may follow the "Leather Care" instructions available on my site to maintain your item at home. If you’re unsure whether a repair is possible (it usually is!), feel free to contact me—I’m happy to assist.
Lifetime Warranty
I stand behind my products and my craftsmanship and I am proud to offer a lifetime warranty. In the unlikely event of a seam failure, hardware malfunction (excluding spring-loaded hardware), or other manufacturing defects, I will repair or replace the item free of charge. Warranty claims are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please note that this warranty does not cover damages caused by external factors, such as water exposure, excessive force, scratches, dents or patina on leather and or normal wear and tear.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of my very small business, where each item is meticulously handcrafted to order, I am unable to accept returns. All orders are custom-made to your specifications (where applicable) and are therefore non-returnable. Items purchased in person are inspected at the time of purchase and sold as seen, without eligibility for returns.
